1. Order Processing

All personalized and customized products are made to order.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During festive seasons, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Karnataka: 2–4 business days
South India: 3–5 business days
Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Remote or rural locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

Delivery location
Package weight and dimensions
Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment.

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns. Eligibility will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Forever Inked Gifts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Incorrect contact details
Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
Natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or courier-related delays

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.

7. Customized Products

As our products are personalized specifically for each customer, production begins shortly after order confirmation. Therefore, shipping timelines begin after the customization process has been completed.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos of the package and product.
We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
